Mr. Raj Kumar Roy is Professor and HOD of Cinematography at L V Prasad College of Media Studies. A film graduate in Cinematography from Film & Television Institute of Tamil Nadu, he has worked as an Associate Cameraman and second unit Cameraman for many feature films including Adhu, Aaha, Amma Ponnu, Anjaneya, Pachai Kudirai, Paying Guest (Hindi). He has been teaching and conducting workshops at various colleges in and around Chennai. His Short Film: WITH LITTLE RHYME AND NO REASON / 1991, participated in nearly 17 International film festivals. His other Short Films: KALO HARIN participated at IFFI, Hyderabad and NAANUN ORU PENN participated at IFFI, Goa. He has taught Cinematography at FTII, Pune and has been at L V Prasad College of Media Studies for more than a decade.
