Mr. M. Venkatesh is Professor and HOD of Sound Design and Music Production at L V Prasad College of Media Studies. A graduate of the Film & Television Institute of Tamil Nadu, he comes with 25+ years of experience in the area of Film Pre-Production, Production and Post Production. He has worked as Location Sound Engineer for several National and International feature films, commercials and documentaries. Some of them are, “Maruthanayagam” produced by Padmashree Kamalahasan, “Minsara Kanavu” produced by AVM Productions and as Audio Consultant for the First Dolby SR Malayalam feature film, “Indraprastham”. His expertise includes Sound Design, Live Recording, Digital Film Restoration and Digital Audio Restoration.
