As a composer, Gopal Rao scored music for 8 films in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam. As an independent music director has scored music for a critically acclaimed film called “Shakthi Pirakkuthu“. He has composed for over 3000 ads/jingles. He also created Title tracks (for channels like Jhankar, Farishta, Shruti, Gandharv, Spandana, Sparsha.) when World Space was launched for the 1st time in the country.

As a Singer, Gopal Rao has sung about 140 film songs in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada & telugu. Few of the songs include Dilruba Dilruba, Bombay-Madras-Delhi, Akkudhe Akkudhe, Noorandukku Oru Murai, etc. He has sung in over 3000 Jingles in many languages.

As a part of the Band ‘Agosh’ & as a solo artist, Gopal Rao has performed in shows all over the country & in countries like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia.
