  • Practical exercises to explore the three tools of an actor: the mind, the body and the voice
  • Acting perspectives from the Natyashastra and Navarasa Theory
  • Voice and Speech exercises to find your true voice as well as a character’s voice
  • Movement exploration through music, different gaits and opening up the body
  • Activating sensory and imaginative awareness as an actor
  • Introduction to Method Acting
  • Theater Games and Improvisation Technique
