Course Description:

If you are an aspiring Director or a budding Screenwriter looking to develop Screenplays but struggling to develop one, here is a course for you.

In this Screenwriting course, we will introduce you to the craft of writing and will help enhance your writing skills.

We will take you through the entire process of writing from idea to the final draft covering different dimensions like Finding an Idea, Screenplay Structure, Building Character and

Dialogue Writing.

Mr. Sripad Joshi, Screenplay Writer

Sripad Joshi is an alumnus of Film and Television Institue, Pune. He is basically from North Karnataka, Shahabad Kalaburgi District. He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from KLS GIT Belgavi and was working as a Maintenance Engineer at a Private firm in Pune.

After passing out from FTII in 2017, he moved to Mumbai and started his career as Screenplay Writer for the Television  Show ‘Saat Pheron Ki Hera Pheri’.The show was produced by Hemal Thakkar and Paresh Rawal starring Shekhar Suman. In 2018, Sripad moved to Bengaluru to collaborate with National Award Winning Director Rishab Shetty and has co-written the Screenplay and Dialogue for his upcoming film titled ‘Rudraprayag’. He has also written dialogues for an upcoming film ‘ Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana’ Starring Diganth Manchale and Directed by Samarth Kadkol.

Teaching for him is another form of learning. Music is another forte that he is inclined to, and he has been plating Tabla from the age of 10. Sripad believes ‘Music’ keeps his rhythm going.
